RETURN POLICY
You have 7 Business days to return a online petticoat order from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unopened in the same condition that you received it, with the petticoat bag sealed as originally delivered. Your item must be in the original packaging.SLEEPWEAR

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
Due to the delicate nature of undergarments, Intimate garments, underwear, bras, and garters can not be exchanged or refunded. All sales are final.
Order Policy
All "sales" (items purchased) under ready-to-order/stock bridal gown, ready-to-order/stock veils, stock undergarments, stock bouquets, are final, no refunds or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All deposits are also non-refundable. Once an item has left the shipping facility/store items are subject to policy. Please inspect your items upon delivery, if for some reason we have missed a problem, please let us know within 3 days of receipt by contacting support@dinahawidi.com with your case so we may further assist you with a solution. After 3 days, no resolutions will be given.
